The official proof of enrolment document is typically issued from your school’s Registrar, and it is the easiest way to verify that the student is enrolled in a post-secondary school program.

 Acceptable proof of enrolment include

  • The school’s Confirmation of Enrolment/Registration from the Registrar (preferred and recommended)
  • A letter of acceptance from the school, plus a supporting document such as the student's timetable (displaying the courses in which the student is enrolled) or a tuition invoice

Acceptable proof of enrolment should be printed on school letterhead (school name / logo, address) and contain:

  • The school's name
  • The student's name
  • The program's name and length
  • The start date of the program
  • The student's enrolment status (full-time or part-time)
