If you have a CSTTM Advantage Plan or Group Savings Plan your Beneficiary has until the 36th year of the plan to collect their EAPs. Your Beneficiary can also change programs (at the same university or transfer to another) or take a break between years of study and still qualify for their remaining EAP payments. If you have a Founders' Plan, you won't be able to access any other EAPs unless your Beneficiary goes back to school and collects their remaining payments. Beneficiaries in the Founders' Plan are required to show academic progress in their post-secondary education (this is an academic advancement requirement) to qualify for additional EAPs.
